Randall J. Franiak, MD
Dr. Franiak is an alumnus of the University of Chicago, Indiana University, Duke University, and Northwestern University. He graduated with academic and research honors. He was awarded the Pfizer award for Excellence in Pain Medicine. He has been in practice for over twenty years and is formerly the Co-Chief of Anesthesia for Clarian Health Partners. He is a member of the International Spine Intervention Society, Indiana State Medical Association, and Indianapolis Medical Society, and serves as an expert speaker. He is board-certified in both Anesthesia and Pain Medicine.
Melissa Franiak, MSN, ANP

Melissa Vincent Franiak began her nursing career working as an aide in a private psychiatric hospital in Upstate New York. She graduated with honors from SUNY Binghamton with a bachelor's degree in Science majoring in Nursing. She worked at Duke University Medical Center in NC where she obtained her Masters' degree. She obtained board certification as a Nurse Practitioner in 1995. Her internship at Duke University was in cancer care. Since moving to Indianapolis she worked at St. Vincent's Martin Center for Pain Management. She and her husband, Dr. Randall Franiak established Advanced Pain Management of Central Indiana in 2004. Melissa and her husband have three daughters and a grand-pug, named Bumble.
